Return bookings

Once the first leg of a 2 leg journey has passed, it is not possible to cancel the return leg. This is due to both legs being part of the same booking, and they cannot be separated.

2 leg journeys can only be cancelled in their entirety more than 24 hours before the pick-up of the first leg of your journey. Please see the cancellation policy for more details on refunds and cancellations.
