How can I make a complaint about a recent transfer?

If you're unsatisfied with your transfer for any reason, we're here to help the best we can. Please log into our Booking Manager and click 'Help Centre' to get in contact with us so we can best assist you.

Customers will receive an acknowledgement within 7 days, and a resolution within 20 working days. Some cases may take longer than this to resolve. If you want an update on your case, you can respond to the initial acknowledgement email.
