Flight number policy

A flight number is used by the local provider to track your flight. In the event of a flight delay, the local provider may be able to accommodate a small delay (normally up to 1 hour), this is subject to the provider's availability. The customer needs to contact their provider directly. The providers number can be found in your confirmation email.

If the local provider cannot accommodate a change in relation to any flight delays, you may need to cancel your booking. Please see the cancellation policy for more details on refunds and cancellations.

In the event of flight cancellation, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the local provider to see if they can accommodate a new pick-up time. If the provider cannot accommodate this change, the booking will go unused and is non-refundable.

CarTrawler is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to flight delay/cancellation. Any reimbursements or refunds must be done through the customer's airline/travel insurance policy and the local provider.
