What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the pick-up of the first leg of your journey, you will be refunded in full.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pick-up of the first leg of your journey, no refund will be made.

If your booking is made less than 24 hours before the pick-up of the first leg of your journey, the cancellation policy will automatically apply to your booking and your booking will be non-refundable.

Changing or removing add-ons for your booking e.g. child seat, is not possible less than 24 hours before pick-up.

Cancellations are only available through the “Manage Booking” section of our Customer Portal or app and not with the transport provider directly.
